Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional automotive service and maintenance to our valued customers. Responsibilities:
- Perform tire services, including installation, rotation, and repair
- Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify and resolve mechanical issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and filter replacements
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete repairs and services
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to recommend additional services or products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automotive service and maintenance procedures
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work

-Perform tasks such as tire installation, alignment, brakes, diagnostics

Minimum Qualifications:

- Have tools

- 1 to 5 years experience as a automotive tire technician/mechanic

- Valid driver license

- Good driving record

- ASE certification preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
